Zumba pro Regina Spence has kindly offered her time to do something for the Abbeydale Sports and Community Centre and wider community.

Donations from the event will be split 50:50 between the Abbeydale Community Association charity (which funds the centre) and a local charity to be chosen by you! 

10am - 10.45am Low impact (older active adult or beginners)
11am - 12pm High impact 

£10 suggested donation

You are welcome to come to both sessions if you like, for the same donation.

The Phoenix Cafe Bar will be open, with their usual selection of drinks, food and snacks as well as ice creams and treats on the day. We hope to see you there!
