The ancient Egyptians really do live a beautiful after-life in a carefree hidden world, but the idyl is shattered when ambitious archaeologist Lord Carnaby gate crashes their world and steals a precious ring belonging to the Royal Family from the safe keeping of young charioteer Thut.

Real world chaos ensues when Thut follows Lord Carnaby to London, supported by his young brother, pet crocodile and Princess Nefer.
