Experience fun and wellness with your child at the National Waterways Museum Gloucester with Parent and child yoga on the boat Sabrina 5. 

We warmly invite parents of all yoga abilities and children aged 6 and over to join this new, free session.

Our nurturing and skilled instructor will be there to guide you, offering tailored guidance through yoga poses and calming breathing techniques. Together, you’ll explore the many benefits of practising yoga: improving your physical well-being, emotional balance, and mindfulness skills.

All equipment provided. Adults are able to bring up to two children to the session.

This session is supported by Sport England. You don't need a museum ticket to take part in this session but if you want to explore the galleries you will need to pay for an annual pass or a day ticket on the day.
