A gentle, four mile paddle down the river....with a twist! Bring as much glow in the dark stuff as possible; bracelets, sticks, face paint, flashing antlers, distress flares etc etc! SUP Gloucester would like to make this year's event a bit more plastic-pollution-friendly, and ideas are welcomed prior to the event.
