Gloucester park is based in the city centre and is the city's premier park.

There is a basketball court, skate park and multi-use games area at Baker's Field (just across Trier Way) as well as a large children's play area, seasonal café, toilets (including accessible toilet via RADAR key) and baby changing facilities.

There are surfaced footpaths and seating throughout the park as well as a bandstand.

The park hosts many events throughout the year, culminating in the Gloucester Summer Festival, carnival, funfair and fireworks, a lively 2 week programme of music, events and activities held in late July/early August every year.
