Family Craft Workshop: Clay & Macrame at Llanthony Secunda Priory on Tuesday, 19 April at 14:00.

Create decorations and pots using clay. Decorate with paint and printing techniques, simple macramé tassels and pompoms.

Tickets cost £15 | 

Suitable for ages Age 5+

In this family workshop, you can join your little crafter to create plaques and hanging decorations, pots and trinket dishes using textures to print into the clay and painting. Simple macramé tassels and pompoms can be added. There will be a break mid-session for everyone to enjoy tea and cake.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 5+, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the workshop.

Your tutor for the afternoon is Lisa Donaldson. Lisa is the Head Crafter at CreateWell Project. She leads workshops and private lessons in a range of art and crafts and creates her own artwork. She has always loved been creative, and feels lucky to have grown up in a crafting family. From a young age she was inspired by talented creative women and encouraged to play in treasure boxes of fabric, buttons and threads. Lisa went on to get her degree BA Hons Fine Art Painting and Drawing and has shared her skills working in education for 12 years.
