New Bright Nights events are taking place over the next few weeks around Gloucester.
Saturday 23 March
Gloucester Park Forum welcome you to celebrate season of change with dance, comedy, storytelling, drumming, fire performers on Saturday 23rd 6-9pm. Join us at the bandstand for Food from The Venture Eats Well Wagon, and marshmallows from the café to roast on the fire.
Wednesday 27 March
If you want to play, bring your children for a free night of food and play for local families at The Ventures illuminated adventure playground on Wednesday 27th March 6-9pm. The Venture provides free, open access, supervised play sessions after school, at weekends and during all school holidays and is located in White City
Friday 29 March
Enjoy a Jamaica's national dish, ackee and salt fish, at All Nation Community Centre on Friday 29th March between 6 – 10pm. Play a game of dominoes or dance with ska and reggae band Ya Freshness & The Big Boss Band. All Nations Community Centre (ANCC) is a resource that is solely owned by the community and was built by the Windrush generation of elders in the 60's. Formerly known as the Jamaican Sports and Social Club, the centre was a prominent venue for functions such as christenings, weddings, funeral wakes among other activities.
