The annual Gloucester Dragon Boat Festival returns to Gloucester Docks this year.

There will be lots of fun and things to see and do at the Docks, including a funfair and lots of stalls. There's something for all the family and entrance for spectators is FREE! So do come down and support the teams on the day!

Join us on May 14th at Gloucester Quays as we take to the waters and compete in this thrilling event. Cheer on our team as they paddle their way to victory, and soak up the festive atmosphere with food, drinks, and entertainment. Whether you're a dragon boat enthusiast or just looking for a fun day out with friends and family, this event is not to be missed. 

Thirty teams will be battling it out in 30 ft long Dragon Boats trying to win the much coveted "Gloucester Dragon Boat Shield", whilst at the same time raising thousands of pounds for charities supported by the Rotary Club of Gloucester Severn.

First race starts at 10am - Last race starts at 5.30pm
