Puddle Ducks’ effective, 100% child-led swimming classes are all about fun, confidence, grace and safety in the water. We teach life-saving skills, so that should your child ever need them, they have a bank of invaluable skills that could save their life. 

Our 'beginners' level, Level 1 is often the first time that children enter the pool without their parent and our whole focus is on water confidence, basic water safety and the foundation skills for independent swimming. The ratios are small to enable a rapport to build between the teacher and children - and it quickly does. There is a maximum ratio of 4 children:1 teacher for this level. 

Quality of teaching has been our top priority for 20 years, and we’re constantly evolving our teaching programme and methods to make sure your children receive the very best swimming lessons out there. All of our classes combine a carefully balanced set of activities including group and individual work, swimming and floating (without armbands!).

Monday: 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm & 5.30pm (school aged sessions)

Thursday: 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm & 5.30pm (school aged sessions)
