Witcombe Festival Announces 2021 Return With Huge First Wave of Acts

Now in it’s ninth year, Witcombe Festival has become a top annual event in Gloucestershire and is one of the fastest growing music festivals in the UK. The 2021 return will be headlined by global superstars TINIE, JOHN NEWMAN and BASEMENT JAXX
Witcombe’s first wave of acts offers fans the chance to see ANDY C, DJ EZ, JOEL CORRY, DJ LUCK & MC NEAT, ARTFUL DODGER and RAYE, alongside NATHAN EVANS viral Sea Shanties and local fan favourites DUKE.

The artists will head to the festival’s Brockworth Road site from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th August.

Brit Award winning DJ duo BASEMENT JAXX open the festival on Friday night. JOHN NEWMAN’s huge number ones “Love Me Again,” Blame,” and “Feel the Love” are set to take Witcombe by storm on Saturday night whilst Sunday’s headline slot is filled by chart topping UK rapper TINIE, previously Tinie Tempah. TINIE brings the Brit award winning “Pass Out,” “Written in the Stars” and a whole back catalogue of massive tunes sure to set the festival alight.

After the difficult cancellation of 2020, Witcombe Festival is relishing the opportunity to continue its rapid growth in showcasing some of the biggest and best acts around. The sellout event in 2019 brought superstars DIZZEE RACSAL, PLAN B and FAITHLESS to Gloucestershire and the event is set to provide another unforgettable Bank Holiday weekend this year.

Festival Founder Joe Pointon said “The Team are so excited about the chance to give our amazing fans something to look forward to after a really difficult twelve months. We appreciate everything that our key workers and our NHS have done during such a difficult time and we want to provide an event that everyone can look forward to come August this year.”
In gratitude for the amazing work our NHS has done, Witcombe Festival recently gave away 500 free tickets to NHS staff and is committed to offering all of its fans the amazing experience they deserve.
