The Hardwicke Players present Around The World in 80 Days. A modern day version of the Jules Verne classic by Claire Chapman, directed by Claire Chapman. This is an amateur production.

Many, many years have passed since Phileas Fogg circumnavigated the world in 80 days. We are now in the current day and Phileas’ descendant Jennifer Fogg finds his diary charting the epic journey. Jennifer’s employer, the Bank of England, sponsor her and best friend Danny to replicate the journey however, little do the duo know, all is not as it seems and it would appear that there’s a dastardly plot! Claire Chapman, director for the Hardwicke Players, said: “We are excited to bring a brand new take on this classic story to the stage, which is full of adventure and drama.”
